EKO-FLOR PLUS d.o.o., established in 2001, is the largest privately-owned company in Croatia engaged in collection of mixed municipal and non-hazardous waste.

Since its establishment, due to constant investments and development cycle, EKO-FLOR PLUS has been a reliable partner in waste management in 7 counties (Krapina-Zagorje, Karlovac, Zagreb, Koprivnica-Križevci, Virovitica-Podravina, Osijek-Baranja, Vukovar-Srijem). Its own machinery and car fleet, a hundred or so vehicles of various uses, enables its successful provision of all types of services, from a one-time waste transport to comprehensive “turn-key” programs for businesses.

EKO-FLOR PLUS services are used by 50,000 users in 50 Croatian municipalities and cities, as well as 3000 businesses throughout Croatia.

EKO-FLOR PLUS is a authorized for the collection of waste tyres, waste packaging (paper, cardboard, glass, plastics and waste multi-layered packaging), collection of waste aggregate and transport packaging (wood, textile and other packaging materials) and for recovery of waste wooden packaging.

EKO-FLOR PLUS owns sorting facilities for selectively collected plastics and paper. In its warehouses, the collected waste is sorted, treated, compacted and forwarded for further recovery.

EKO-FLOR PLUS-a, with almost 300 employees, has a composting facility in Kloštar Ivanić, with the annual capacity of 27,300 tons, which accounts for one third of total Croatian composting capacities.

All the company services and work process are harmonized with the waste management strategies and plans of the Republic of Croatia and the EU, and the quality of its operations has been verified with the awarded ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015 certificates.

EKO-FLOR PLUS d.o.o., MULL-TRANS d.o.o. and NEVKOŠ d.o.o. form the EKO-FLOR Group, with total 391 employees on December 31, 2019.

MULL-TRANS d.o.o. was established in 1994 and acquired by EKO-FLOR PLUS d.o.o.in 2013. Since then, they operate as part of the C.I.O.S. Group. MULL-TRANS provides services for more than 100 legal entities and institutions and approximately 3,000 users of municipal waste transport.

NEVKOŠ d.o.o. was established in 1991 and holds 5 concessions for municipal waste collection and transport, for the City of Vinkovci and for Municipalities of Nuštar, Ivankovo, Tordinci and Jarmina. They cover an area with the population of almost 50,000. The company also provides for the cleanness of public roads (carriageways, sidewalks, squares, underpasses, public staircases and passages).
